Iris Hotel is located in Siviri, a tranquil seaside settlement at the Kassandra peninsula of Chalkidiki. Siviri boasts of a sandy, blue-flag awarded beach, with crystal clear waters, along with various points of interest, such as taverns, bars and shops, whilst maintaining a calm atmosphere. Its proximity to the national road provides great accessibility; short trips within Chalkidiki can be carried out easily, whilst Thessaloniki, the second biggest city of Greece, is an hour’s drive afar.
Nestled at one of the most laid-back areas of Kassandra, Iris Hotel is a 3* Hotel built at an area of 16 hectares. Its 93 rooms are positioned amphitheatrically, overlooking the pools and its large gardens, which consist of grass and olive trees, along with a variety of seasonal plants and large palm trees. The last renovation took place in 2019, with an extensive architectural redesign of the Main building, whilst in 2018, the Deluxe Room Wing was inaugurated. 57 Renovated Standard Double Rooms (22 sqm), with shower and balcony or terrace; on-demand and upon availability, Double Rooms can become triple, with a regular or a sofa-bed. There are also available rooms, specially designed for wheelchair accessibility. 12 Renovated Superior Double Rooms (26sqm), with shower and balcony or terrace 8 Quadruple Rooms (34sqm), with shower and balcony or terrace 12 Newly-Built Deluxe Double Rooms (30sqm), with walk-in shower and balcony or terrace 4 Newly-Built Suites (2+2) (40sqm), with a double bed and two sofabeds, with walk-in shower and balcony or terrace **All hotel rooms, apart from the Suites, consist of Single, Hotel-type Beds, of 90x200 cm, each. Their setup makes them a double bed, essentially, as there is no space in between and the total dimensions are larger than a queen bed. Moreover, all of the rooms, depending on the occupancy can fit in a baby-cot, except for the Deluxe Double ones.
